This paradise has a pool with rock waterfall, 8-seat hot tub, putting green, large barbecue area and seating area and a Hawaii-style Lanai cabana with plush seating and lounge chairs. It's the ultimate California outdoor entertainers dream! All of this plus, the most incredible sport den with 60" HD TV/DVD, pool table, fitness room, custom sports-bar theme and full bathroom.

Bedroom Layout: This 2-story dream estate has a large master bedroom suite on the main level with a new king bed, 40" HD TV, and master bathroom with jetted tub, tile shower, and dual vanities. There are three more bedrooms on this level. The second bedroom has a queen bed that shares a full bathroom with the third bedroom that has a twin bed plus a twin over twin bunk bed. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds and a full private bathroom. The fifth bedroom on the second level has two queen beds and a full bathroom.

Luxury features: Aside from the incredible back yard that is an entertainer’s paradise, there's a second patio area with outdoor dining off the kitchen area. The main level has an amazing great room with a gourmet display kitchen with everything a personal chef could ever want!
