Jim Bizily

Owner & Founder

Jim is the owner and founder of the company, and has experience in both sides of the vacation rental business. He’s a local of San Diego, but travels and vacations frequently in Park City where he has owned rental properties. Because of his experiences in the property management industry, he felt compelled to open his own because he didn’t feel that the companies he worked for did their jobs correctly. He stepped up to the plate, and started Park City Rental Properties. With 15 years of experience under his belt, he is able to spread his business to the areas that he knows!

Carlos Corzo


Carlos is a key player in our team. He is the backbone of our systems and processes, which include the Streamline Vacation Rental Software, as well we the integration of the automation systems, phone applications, and the vacation rental systems that keep rental properties and managers throughout the country, on the edge of the latest software.


Sarah Selleck

Executive Assistant

Sarah is the Executive Assistant to Jim, the owner. This makes her one of the most important faces of the company. She handles owner relations, questions and requests from those who entrust us with their property, and also maintains our database and works with our other distribution channels. Needless to say: she does a lot!

Brian Selleck

Director of Operations

Being the Director of Operations, Brian takes care of our typical daily operations. More particularly, he helps meet the needs of our owners and guests, and also meets with new clients that are interested in having their homes managed by our company.

Kathy Eckel

Social Media Manager

Kathy is another important face for our company. She is responsible for managing our social media pages. It’s likely that if you seen or read about us through Facebook or Twitter, she’s been behind it! She is the one to thank for referrals to our excellent services.

Rodney Brown

Property Manager – Maintenance

Rodney is in charge of the general repairs of our homes. It is his job to make sure that if any issues with your home should occur during your stay, they will be addressed immediately. He’s also in charge of doing our weekly maintenance checks on the homes, and helps to maintain the homes with hot tubs. There is not much that this man can’t do!



Felipe Yanez

Property Manager – Housekeeping

Felipe assists with all general repairs as well as weekly home inspections. He’s also in charge of our housekeeping department. On top of that, he also runs our landscaping crew during the Summer season and also our snow removal teams during the Winter season.


Clancey Zabriskie

Concierge & Guest Services

This lovely lady is our specialist for any concierge related service. This includes restaurant reservations, mountain ski/snowboard guides, grocery delivery, lift tickets, and so much more. She helps owners and guests to book any service possible. She’s always available to answer any questions or requests on the guest service line.

Our special staff has come from all sorts of backgrounds, but have come together to provide some fabulous service and rentals. In beautiful Coronado, we offer 1 to 2 bedroom condos, and will soon expand to more, in order to suit the varying needs of all visitors to this wonderful city.

Regardless of what you’re visiting for, be it the great food, beautiful beaches, or the ocean view, we hope you will keep Coronado Beach Rentals in mind. The city has numerous events available, so stay with us for the Coronado Flower Show, the ice rink, or the Coronado Island Film Festival!
